Out of the desire of people (low income earners) to be their own Landlords/Landlady and the need of the ever growing Nigeria and especially Lagos population to expand in terms of the core need of man, SHELTER, we now manage and develop different estates all over Nigeria. Our Estates was structured to meet the needs of both low and high income earners. Our estates are open for prospects who wish to own a decent home in any part of Nigeria.
